Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send your order number and a photo of the item’s damaged condition to hello@bontefarm.com. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For example: losing 1-2 small branches while in transit is unavoidable and will not damage the livelihood of the plants. We often have to prune the branches to encourage growth. Severe damages that affect the vital life of the plants guarantee a full refund.

 

Refunds

Damaged plants due to shipping or heat will be refund accordingly. Please email hello@bontefarm.com after unbox along with images of the damaged plants. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
